terms and conditions

provide 9carrots customers with 9carrots receipts to the value of the transaction
if 9carrots receipts are lost or stolen they will be treated as given out to 9carrots customers and redeemed on the system
if 9carrots receipts are not available for any other reason the business must inform 9carrots within 1 day
within 1 month of reaching the stated target use this amount in one of, or combination of, the following ways:
- invest in my business, to the target set out in this contract
- invest in my business, according to the recommendations of our environmental assessment report
- invest in my business, on alternative investments that have been agreed with the 9carrots organisers
- donate to Greenpeace or another charity agreed by 9carrots.org organisers
upload photographs of any work done to 9carrots.org within 1 week of completion of the work
permit any necessary inspection of my premises (including photography) by 9carrots.org inspectors (with 48 hours notice) to confirm that the amount has been invested as stated, and for the results of these inspections to be disclosed publicly
you can increase the percentage you commit, but the minimum is 10%
you can change your target amount but not below the existing amount accrued from 9carrots customers
changes to the actual target or any other changes pertaining to this agreement need our prior agreement
9carrots reserves the right to take businesses off the system with no prior warning
