    businesses tab

Keeping notes on the shops you've talked with is easy. Simply register the business (see below) and it will appear on your group page. You can then add notes and edit the business. It will not be visible to anyone else until you have activated it (see below). You can edit a business that you have registered anytime by clicking the "edit business" link under each entry. This allows you to fill out a commitment or change other details.

    register a business

Be sure to log in first. That way the business will be registered by you. Click on "log in" in the top right of the screen, fill out your details, press "log in", and then "register a business" located in the top right. Follow the steps - you don't need to fill out every step now. The business will now appear in your businesses list in your group page (see above). It will not appear on the map or be active until you have completed the commitment step and also assigned a receipt book (see below).

    • First, give the business one of the receipt books in this starter pack
    • remember the id code in the front left corner
    • register the business on-line as above
    • then go to your group page (see above)
    • find the entry for the business under the businesses tab
    • type in the id of the book you gave them into the assign field for the business
    • press the "assign" button
